If you try us out, you’ll notice both physical and mental benefits and, if you bring your child, you’ll see your child become more confident, focused and respectful (parents are definitely encouraged to watch).
The trial starts with a private orientation so you and/or your child are comfortable with the basics before the first group class. We honor and respect our students and will take care of you from Day One.
