45 Minute Class
SCHEDULE:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm OR Saturday: 8:45 am, 9:30am
Demo Team: Purple Rain: Saturday, 11:00am (Platinum Members)
Competition Team: Friday, 6:00pm (Platinum Members)
Black Belt Club: 9yrs and up (Platinum Members)
MMA: Friday, 7:00pm (Platinum Members)
BELTS: White, Yellow/White Stripe, Yellow, Yellow/Orange, Orange, Blue, Green,
Green/Purple, Purple, Purple/Brown, Brown, Red, Red/Black, Black/White Stripe,
First Degree Black Belt.
PROGRAMS: Once (Silver Membership) Twice (Gold Membership) or Unlimited classes (Platinum Membership)
GETTING STARTED:
1. Call 631-265-1555 or email Joyces5@optonline.net for an appointment 1/2 hour before class.
2. Take a FREE Private evaluation/lesson
3. Stay to observe the regular Youth class which is 45 minutes.
4. Schedule a 2nd Private Lesson 1/2 hour before class.
5. Take a FREE trial 45 minute group class.
ENROLLMENT: Is easy and convenient and tailored to your needs.
ATTENDANCE: You will find your ESK attendance card in the wall racks inside the lobby. Cards are sorted by rank. Take your card with you into class for your instructor to sign. Please DO NOT take your card home.
YOUTH CURRICULUM:
1. Basic martial arts moves.
2. Physical Fitness: includes emphasis on: aerobics, stretching, stamina, cardio, and posture training.
3. Specialty Training to improve balance, speed, power, intensity and focus.
4. Mental Fitness: Self Control, Self Esteem, Protocol and Dojo etiquette
5. Self-Defense, Team work and Leadership training.
6. Weapons: Bo, Sai, Tonfa, Kama and Escrima Sticks at the Advanced level.
7. Sparring with full protective equipment at the Intermediate level.

10. Demonstration Team
11. Breaking and Memory exercises
