GETTING STARTED:

1.  Call 631-265-1555 or email Joyces5@optonline.net for an appointment 1/2 hour before class.

2.  Take a FREE Private evaluation/lesson.

3.   Stay to observe the regular 1-hour Adult class.

4.  Schedule a 2nd Private Lesson 1/2 hour before class.

5.  Take a FREE trial 1-hour group class.

ENROLLMENT:      Is easy, convenient and tailored to your needs.

ATTENDANCE:      You will find your ESK attendance card in the wall racks inside the lobby.  Cards are sorted by rank.  Take your card with you into class for your instructor to sign.  Please DO NOT take your card home.

ADULT CURRICULUM:

1. Basic martial arts moves.

2. Physical Fitness: includes emphasis on: aerobics, stretching, stamina, cardio, and posture training.

3. Specialty Training to improve balance, speed, power, intensity and focus.

4. Mental Fitness: Self-Control, Self-Esteem, Protocol and Dojo etiquette.

5. Self-Defense, Teamwork and Leadership training.

6. Weapons: Bo, Sai, Tonfa, Kama, Escrima Sticks at the Advanced level.

7. Sparring with full protective equipment at the Intermediate level.
